My main photographic passions are street photography, landscapes and motorsport, but nothing is 'off limits' and I like to explore different viewpoints in everyday situations. In recent times I've been experimenting with photo editing applications to create unique stylised interpretations of my images that challenge the normal perception of photography, I call this foto-art and my website portfolios showcase images which I have created in this style.

In late 2025 I decided to change my approach to photography. I will charter my first year's progress of this change so I've have created a blog page.

creative, stylised an unique
I don't use any presets as I make the adjustments I feel produces the result I've imagined for that particular photograph; each image whilst following a certain style is individual and therefore unique.
selective colour
I really like this concept as certain scenes lend themselves to be portrayed in the 'selective colour' style.

photography isn't about just capturing the image
In post production I stylise the picture using various adjustments to exposure, contrast, dehaze and saturation, highlights and shadows, white and black points may also be adjusted along with a variety of vignette effects.
feelings generate expression and creativeness
Photography allows me to express my feelings,thoughts,ideas and creativeness and transform these into my visual interpretation.
auto-art, another passion
I am a lover of cars and enjoy capturing the shape and design features and creating stylised images of these wonderful vehicles, both old and new.

Other peoples opinions and interpretations are always welcomed and often sought, however, the images I create are how I picture them, therefore if I'm satisfied with the result, I'm happy.
